How Retrospectives Works
Retrospectives contains many different techniques and can be used in many different scenarios. This is an example of how a retrospective improve teams.

Work as usual. Team retrospectives are usually run from 1 time per week to 1 time per month after a period of work.

During work, note positive actions that should be repeated, note things to improve, questions and issues. Evetro is designed to make this as easy as possible

Run a retrospective session. Regularly the team gathers, present their notes and discusses how to perform better. Evetro will guide you to do this right

The retrospective session results in a list of specific actions to improve the workflow. These actions will be made visible to all team members through Evetro

The team completes the actions and implement changes. This is how the team improves. Evetro will remind the team when their actions are due

This is a very simplified description of retrospectives. Before running a retrospective we highly recommend learning essential knowledge about the process.
